In 2017, Meda designed and began delivery of three core modules of the Mercedes-Benz Cars C-Sales training programme.
The three-day courses help sales executives understand how to fully meet and then exceed customer needs; how to build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with customers; and how to enhance business results by improving the customer experience.
Fun, involving and engaging, each course draws on the experience of all participants to help sales executives make practical, lasting changes in their daily working lives.
The results? Greater engagement, higher levels of cooperation with colleagues, and happier customers who come back again and recommend the sales executives and their retailers to others.
