With Kia (UK) adopting an aggressive network development strategy, Meda were called upon to oversee the design and construction of a new sustainable low carbon development in Coulsdon, Surrey.

Meda’s architectural team devised an innovative 3-Level solution to maximize the site’s ROI, which included at least 20% of on-site renewable energy generation. Incorporating a new showroom with workshop facilities on the ground floor with ancillary parking decks on 2 levels with the top / rooftop being given over to third level parking.

With overseeing the demolition and buildout of the new facility, both Kia (UK) and the dealership have praised Meda’s architectural team for maximising the corner site location to its full potential.
