A close partner of Mitsubishi Motors Europe (MME) for a decade, Meda developed and implemented a product training strategy that ensured the European network understood its new product model line-up and could sell all models effectively.
To win the hearts and minds of those responsible for dealer training in each market, we ensured the launch programmes focused not just on product knowledge – but also on improving individual behaviours and developing selling skills.
Combining intelligent learning programmes with easily-adapted materials and support aids resulted in tools that markets actively wanted to use. As a result, our product launches, train-the-trainer events and distance learning programmes were adopted by all 26 markets they were offered to.
