New Škoda showroom facility along the Broad Oak Road of Canterbury.

GGT Estates, the development arm of the Motorline Group (one of the leading automotive dealership businesses, operates over 11 automotive brand partners across 35 dealership businesses), appointed MEDA to provide Lead Consultancy, Architectural Design, Contract Administration, Project and Cost Management services for the new Škoda showroom facility along the Broad Oak Road of Canterbury.

The facility was designed to the new Škoda 2015 CI, and built to a BREEAM ‘VERY GOOD’ rated standard.

The development site of 5100 sq.m was created by demolishing a defunct dealership to provide a new build facility of approximately 1230sq.m providing showroom, workshop, administration, staff and technician facilities on ground and first floor levels, and a separate 250sq.m 6-bay valet facility. The rest of the site was developed into the forecourt display, and ancillary parking allowances.
