As part of the relaunch of the Norton marque under the ownership of TVS, Meda were invited to undertake the retail planning of all European and UK sites to ensure the consistent application of the new retail POS within each location.
The POS units had been designed as part of a global representation of the brand by Foster + Partners and manufactured by Vizona, the well known shopfitting company based in Germany.
Collaborating closely with the retail partners, the Norton central and regional teams and Vizona, Meda undertook the direction of site surveys for each prospective location.
From this data we were then able to produce design layouts for the application of the POS components for both ‘Launch’ and ‘Full’ schemes into over 100 sites, demonstrating how the brand could grow into the space as sales volumes increased without requiring expensive refitting downstream.
